Tonight, I attended a class about living your life with PASSION!

In THIS article, Jack Canfield says, “If you want to be fulfilled, happy, content, and experience inner peace and ultimate fulfillment, it’s critical that you discover your purpose. Without a purpose as the compass to guide you, your goals and action plans may not ultimately fulfill you.”

(the rest of the article is awesome and I encourage you to read it!! He even shows you a 3-step process to figuring out your life purpose)

I grew up listening to my dad’s motivational tapes (Anthony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Bob Proctor, etc) and my mom used to work for Franklin Covey. I never really knew how to figure it out what my passion was…..

Lately, It’s been really fun to finally fit together the pieces of my life’s puzzle… I LOVE the things I’m learning!

I’ve been super busy the last few days, but I did take some pics… so here’s a sampling…

Sunday: (Father’s Day) I was off the radar with dietSNAPS…. I knew I was about to take the 90-Day Challenge, so I enjoyed my food for the day guilt free! I hung out with my family over at my parent’s house. The cousins were adorable as usual, my brother gave Ciro a fire cupping acupuncture treatment, and I have no idea why that last picture is sideways! Happy Father’s Day Dad!!

Monday: Tammy and I accompanied Torry on a whirlwind trip to Marble Falls so that we could attend a Challenge Party put on by none other than Cynthia, the Social Cowgirl! I was able to meet up with Mackenzie for a work out and also spend some time with my grandma before the party. Carman met up with us also after driving across Texas from her mom’s! It was fun and we didn’t get back home til after 2am! LONG DAY!!!

Day 1 of my Challenge went pretty good considering we were away from home and on the road all day! Here’s the Fire Bites of the day… and I also got in a 45 minute elliptical session.

Tuesday: I slept in this morning and woke up just in time to meet Lisa for a personal training session. I am going to focus more on weight lifting for a while… of course she killed me and I’m already feeling it!! I did computer work most of the day and then attended the class tonight on living your life with passion. They had 4 different speakers…. one that works with special needs children, one that loves photography, travel and service, one is a thrifty organizer/decorator, and one that rescues endangered/wild birds! It’s so interesting to see the different interests that we all have!

(another sideways picture… weird)

Day 2 of the Challenge Fire Bites… and I did weights for an hour.
