Pluggin Along

Just wanted to check in with a couple of menus for the last two days. We are gearing up for Thanksgiving and I’ve been trying to keep things low key until the big day. Having the boys home has been so nice! I didn’t even set my alarm for this morning… but woke up around 6:45am…. crazy how that works.

Monday

Pre Work Out – Cream Of Wheat – 3 pts

*Ran 5 speedy miles with the running group!  Then came home and did 21 burpees*

Protein Pancake – 5 pts

Swiss Turkey Melt W/ Cherry Tomatoes – 4 pts

Whey Protein Fruit Smoothie – 2 pts

ClearVite Protein Shake W/ Frozen Banana – 3 pts

Zone Bar – 5 pts

Kody (my 11 year old) has been experimenting in the kitchen!  He has started making homemade bread!!!  It’s so yummy!!! – 9 pts

Met up with some friends (who refused to take a picture with me) and went to the movies for girls night.  We saw “Tower Heist.”  Pretty hilarious movie… it was good to LOL!  😉  Grapes – 0 pts

Went over to Sprinkles for some frozen yogurt – 5 pts

Tuesday

Knocked out my 22 Burpees while my breakfast was cooking on the stove…

Protein Pancake – 5 pts

Protein Shake W/ Frozen Banana – 3 pts

Ty and I took my niece and nephew to the movie while Kody went fishing with his uncles!

Fiber One Bar while watching “Cars 2″ at the dollar movie – 4 pts

Kody’s Homemade Bread  – 6 pts

Turkey Chili W/ Spaghetti Squash and Spinach – 5 pts

Met up with my brother’s to exchange kids…. Looks like they caught dinner for Friday….

I’ve enjoyed having the boys home from school this week!  Looking forward to the rest of the family coming into town tomorrow.  I hope you are enjoying your holiday week with family!!  :)
