After yesterday’s snack-fest… I was up early and ready for a trip to the gym!
0 – Banana pre work out…
40 minutes on the elliptical followed by 5 minutes of stair mill? What do you call that thing?
4 – Oatmeal with cinnamon
60 minute yoga class
4 – Turkey sausage with egg beaters
4 – Super yummy pizza quesadilla
3 – Frozen yogurt
Took a much needed nap… sore throat and feeling achey…
5 – Protein pancake when I woke up
3 – This egg in a mug idea is from Hungry Girl! I am in love! I didn’t have the exact ingredients that she used… but I really think anything would work. I used egg beaters, purple onions, red peppers, spinach, tomatoes, and a wedge of laughing cow cheese! Soooo gooooood!!!!
Then, I went to a quilting service project. It was really fun getting to know the girls from church better.
0 – Tried to be good with grapes…
3 – But I couldn’t resist a cookie!!!

I feel like I’m getting sick, but Torry gave me some supplements to take, so hopefully that will nip it in the bud! Hoping to get out early tomorrow for my Saturday run!
