Chicken verde: 4-6 chicken breasts (depending on the size), 1 bottle of salsa verde we used Herdez brand, garlic (about 3-4 cloves)…throw it all in your crockpot and cook 4 hours if chicken isn’t frozen 6-8 if it is. When chicken is cooked take out of pot, shred, then put back in the crockpot for another 30 minutes.
1/2C of chicken is about 3pts.
Serve with white corn tortillas and whatever you want to top it with cheese, avocado, salsa, lettuce, sour cream, the possibilities are endless.
