Saturday – The Good & The Bad…

The good:

• Ran 5 miles with the running group. (Ty and Kody worked out at the gym too!)

• Had a great meeting with a gym owner about bringing in ViSalus to their gym!

• Date night with Torry at The Cheesecake Factory and I didn’t eat the bread or my favorite avocado egg rolls…. even though I really wanted to!!

• Ty and Kody attended an uplifting “Best Of EFY” Meeting with other youth from all over Houston.

The bad:

• I’m behind on a lot of things and need to get caught up!

• I stayed up too late planning out my life and ended up eating dry Life Cereal and Nutri-grain bars…. (should have just had the bread and egg rolls at Cheesecake Factory!)
