Saturday WW meeting, Cake Boss, & Sunday Fire Bites

I got up at 4:30am to pack up and left my parents at 5am  so I could meet up with our Saturday morning running group that were meeting up at 7am. I would have made it right on time had I not gotten sleepy about 45 mins from home and had to pull over at a store and get out and walk around to wake up!  That put me 15 mins late and so I parked down the road we run and jumped out and met up with them.

pre- run on the drive to Houston – 2

*4 mile run with the gals –  +6

post run – oatmeal – 4 and protein drink- 2

*I crashed on the couch after we got home from my daughters basketball scrimmage. Woke up a little while later about 11:35 in a panic realizing that the last WW meeting for the week was at Noon and was supposed to be about ‘Gifts of the Scale’ this week that I did not wanna miss!  So I sprung up of the couch and headed up there.

*November Lifetime member official weigh in:   140.2   {-3 lbs since last weigh in two weeks ago}

I am gonna start weighing in every week again to keep myself accountable for the holidays and on track for my new goal of 130 lbs. 😉

late lunch – flat out pizza w/ 2tsp EVOO – 9

my kids are into watching season one of Cake Boss on Netflix lately- I crave cake like cRaZy watching them make those awesome cakes!!!!!  Decided it was ‘safer’ to eat a serving of 3 Musketeers than it was to go bake something. 😉 -5

 

With my birthday this month and watching tons of episodes of Cake Boss lately, my artist J drew me a picture of what she wants my birthday cake from Buddy at Carlos Bakery to look like. too cute! 😉

I just found out that Buddy is coming to Houston THIS Friday night!!!! How cool would that be?!

 

dinner – Little Caesars pizza – 10

exhaustion was now setting in. had several fun size butterfingers – 8??

 

SUNDAY: 

My hubby had to work all weekend. Today was the first Sunday of the month which is Fast Sunday at church.

It is bittersweet when your kids know how to cook. 😉

it was a free for all for dinner – I had a protein pancake – 5

my husband made up some deer meat and rice for himself and my kids made Hamburger Helper shells & cheese.

Not your typical Sunday dinner at my house –  but that’s how exhausted I was.
