These are some things I like to eat in between “real” meals… but they are also things that make me feel like I’m not on a diet! I think it’s important to find healthy snacks that taste good! Now that I’m 6 or 7 weeks in to this, I’m ready to start adding some variety to the mix… I subscribe to the Hungry Girl email… tons of really cool snack ideas!!!
I usually just eat a banana, but if I’m more hungry…
I like to spread 1 T of peanut butter
on a chocolate rice cake before my morning run.
I like a smoothie in the morning.
This is perfect for when the boys get home from school…
It is the chocolate fix I’m looking for… and the protein
holds me over until dinner!

and the frozen yogurt blends!
