I need to back away from the food… I have been super snacky! It’s not the end of the world because I’m on vacation… but still… need to be careful. In the spirit of keeping it real and staying accountable… here are my Fire Bites for the last two days!
Went for a 1 hour walk on the golf course with Beth (My alarm didn’t go off, thank goodness she woke me up!!)
Grapes – 0
Eggs and tomatoes – 4
Pepperoni pizza and about 5 crusts that the kids left laying on their plates – 10?? 12??
Bike ride to see their new elementary school
Zone bar – 5
At least 2 servings of these while grocery shopping – 6
Turkey chili with spaghetti squash – 5
Mississippi mug pie – 7
Half the fat ice cream – 3
Protein pancakes with strawberries and banana – 5
Butterfingers – 4 Cinnamon Hearts- 9 (These things are addicting!)
Greek yogurt smoothie – 3
Left over kids pizza – 4
Chicken and veggies – 4
Brownies! We didn’t have a pan, so we made them in the muffin tins… I had 3!!!! And half the fat ice cream…. 15?
