I have been looking forward to this weekend because my good friends Mackenzie and Scott came to stay with us! I spent most of Friday preparing for company by cleaning house and decorating for Christmas. I also had to go to my official Weight Watchers “weigh in” for the month of December. I’m happy to report that despite all of the holiday goodies I have been eating, I did not gain or lose any weight…. stayed exactly the same! Thank goodness!!! I can’t believe that Halloween AND Thanksgiving are in the past…. and no major permanent damage was done. I’m pretty sure that Christmas is going to be the hardest time of year to stay on track… part of me has really been wanting to “take a break” from all of the points counting. I’m pretty sure that is why I am sooo excited to find out all of the new changes to the Weight Watchers Points Plus program. It’s a perfect time for some new motivation! Really looking forward to the next WW mtg!

Aunt Jackie also came to town to spend some time cooking healthy recipes, attend one of our Weight Watchers meetings with us, and just have a chance to hang out/catch up with each other since it’s been so long! I really enjoyed being able to spend some time with her!!!
