Spinach Smoothie

Spinach Smoothie

Giving all the credit to Cyndi on this one…..
She told me about these last summer and I really love them now!
2 handfuls of spinach, half a banana, and 1/4 of lemon, and about half a cup of water or more depending on consistency…
blend together in the magic bullet or blender of choice…
add approximately 1 cup of frozen fruit
(depending on the color of your fruit… it will change the color of the smoothie)
i have started adding a scoop of fiber….  this is what i have on hand now, but benefiber is fine too…

You really can’t taste the spinach…. it’s a cool, refreshing, tasty smoothie!
