I had a super busy day preparing for an upcoming trip! It was fun and I guess because I had a lot on my mind, I didn’t really think about what I was eating… just tried to eat every three hours and stay focused on my tasks at hand.

1 tsp peanut butter before my morning run – 1
Went for a short 3 mile run +5
Egg beaters with Laughing Cow cheese and roasted veggies – 2
Whey protein fruit smoothie – 2 (forgot to add flaxseed oil)
Protein bar while running around town – 5
My all time favorite salad from ChickfilA – 7
Came home to greet the boys as they arrived from school – Half the fat ice cream – 3
Turkey chili with spinach, pico, and salsa – 4 (no beans)
Oatmeal with banana (added 2 tsp of cinnamon flaxseed oil) – 6
I can’t believe that tomorrow is WEDNESDAY!! This week is flying by! I feel SOOO good this week. It is so nice to be back on track! I just wanted to say THANK YOU for being patient with me during the “off” weeks. I really do try to show you my every day life, whether it’s good or bad. I want to make sure an acknowledge them both!!
