Woke up this morning with another sore throat… this time, all on the right side of my throat and it hurts every time I swallow… my right ear hurts too… weird. Yes, I got a lecture from my husband for not finishing all of the supplements he put me on…

My son was playing this video clip of a panda bear sneezing…. it’s hilarious, have to share!

I had a leadership meeting 2 hours before church… and then church… So I was up early, dressed up, ¬†and out the door by 8:45am. Today was fast sunday, so I didn’t eat my regular routine of foods…

After getting home from church… had wayyy to many of these! (left over from the football game yesterday… and I couldn’t resist!)

And then I spent a little time preparing my lunches for the week…. gotta love freezer turkey chili! :)

Hoping I feel better in the morning… took an extra long nap today! :)

    What is your opinion on the healthy guidelines, I notice that you ladies rarely post dietsnaps of dairy/oil. I know oil is probably used for cooking, etc. but what about the dairy.
    Sometimes I question if I would be happier if I wasn’t so gungho about the oil/dairy. I don’t know that it necessarily makes a difference?

    This is probably the hardest part for me personally…. I think the healthy guidelines are REALLY important…
    That being said, I’m not a huge milk drinker…. the way I “justify” getting my dairy in is that I use Cottage Cheese in my protein pancake and I usually eat half a cup of half the fat ice cream. Hahaha! Probably not the best dairy sources. I used to add greek yogurt into my fruit smoothie instead of the whey protein… I just got out of the habit once I discovered that protein powder…
    And as far at the oils… I did get the WW oil sprayer and that helped a lot for a while. I would dip my sandwiches into the oil, or spray my tortilla pizzas with the sprayer… again, just got out of the habit! I need to be better about both of those! :)
