Today was a good day! Started out with a protein pancake… but did not have any fresh fruit… except for grapes, but that didn’t sound right.
Exciting news of the day is that we finally had time to sign up for the new gym. I felt like I had ADD in the gym… I wanted to do so many different things, but ended up doing 20 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the rotating stairs machine… what is that thing called anyway? It was my first time to get to use that type of machine and I felt like a dork! I was so high up and I felt like I had to watch the stairs so I wouldn’t trip…
I’m really looking forward to starting up with classes again… I need to figure out which ones will work with my schedule… yay!

Really excited to see my boys work out today. They have been wanting to do something and I finally ordered Shaun T’s Fit Kids Club for them. It’s a 25 minute work out and they really had fun with it. I have done Shaun T’s INSANITY dvd’s in the past and really like him… I’m hoping they will keep this up!
4 – Turkey Cheese Melt with grapes
After taking boys to their youth activities tonight… and running a few errands… I had 2 Van’s waffles with a smear of peanut butter and jelly.
Time to get to bed!!
