The Gym With Jessica

Week 19     -4 inches
Having a personal trainer seems to be making a difference!  I see Jessica once a week and during those sessions, I really work hard.  (Lexy, Carman, and Cyndi… quit laughing!!)  We’ve had four sessions so far and she checked my weight and measurements today.  Yay!  I have  lost 3 more pounds and a total of 4 inches!!!   That’s a total of 32 pounds!!   I’ve had a contractor at my house doing some work and I haven’t been able to take advantage of the gym like I need to, so I’m looking forward to dropping lots of inches when I can get back to my regular gym schedule.  She told me to keep up with my cardio, so I’m still “wogging” early in the mornings.

Fortunately, all my children and their families will be home for Thanksgiving this year.  I’m so excited!  The weather has turned a little cool.  My windows are open and holiday music going I can’t wait to begin my holiday cooking.  I’m very proud of myself for eating good so far.  I know I’ll eat some things that I wouldn’t ordinarily, but Friday is a new day. I don’t plan to binge, and I do have a plan!

So, everyone have a super Thanksgiving. The Christmas season is officially upon us and by this time next month I hope to be way smaller than the last time you saw me! -Claretta

About Lexy

40 years old, "stay at home mom" to 2 boys (ages 16 and 14), wife to a chiropractic kinesiologist! I love blogging and learning new ideas. I follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program and enjoy working out. I have run 2 full 26.2 mile marathons and 3 half marathons... and many 10k and 5k's. I love taking BodyPump classes and lifting weights. Working out has always been fun for me, but I struggle with eating healthy. Blogging has introduced me to a world of healthy eaters... When I first started WW... I just wanted someone to tell me what to eat! I didn't like cooking and I am not the kind of person that can just throw things together. There are tons of ideas out there and I love finding new and fun ones that I feel like I am capable of making myself!
