The Wendie Plan

I used to use the “Wendie Plan” when I first started WW….  I completely forgot about it until today when Roni posted about it.

They have updated their site and calculators to reflect the new points plus system….

I found it very effective for my weight loss back then, I’m sure it would be helpful to try it out again!  :)
