**Here’s a first…. A Lexy Original recipe!!**
I have been thinking about making this dinner for the last several days… I used to use broccoli slaw all the time and it’s another one of those items that I have forgotten about! I browned 1 lb of ground chicken, then added 1 package of broccoli slaw and cooked for about 5 minutes, and then added a small container of HEB brand alfredo sauce. It made 4 one cup servings… for 8 pp/serving! It was really good and Torry loved it… Miracle!!
