Tuesday Menu

Protein waffle w/ blueberries – 5

*20 minutes each of AMT trainer, bike, and elliptical* +10

Cheesy eggs w/ pico – 5

Spent a little bit of time preparing veggies to use for the next few days…

1 cup each of spaghetti squash & roasted veggies w/ 1/4 cup alfredo sauce – 2

Whey protein fruit smoothie – 2

*78 burpees* +2

Tomatoes – 0

It’s my niece’s 1st birthday so we met up with my family for dinner.

Chicken/Broccoli/Carrots @ Texas Roadhouse

Frozen Banana and Blueberries – 0
