Turkey Swiss Melt

This is quickly becoming my favorite sandwich. It’s low in points and feels like “comfort” food!

2 slices of Sara Lee 45 Cal Bread, 6 slices of Oscar Mayer Delifresh turkey breast, 1 slice of Kraft fat free swiss cheese, and either fresh spinach or green peppers (or whatever veggies you have on hand!) Only 4 points plus!




Enjoy! (You can add a side of fresh fruit, or Roasted Veggies!)
