I got the opportunity several times today to talk to several friends about one of my favorite things – the dietSNAPS app!!! My friend Rachel, who does WW’s as well (and teased me if I was gonna take a picture of that cheesecake at dinner below! 😉 ) downloaded the app onto her phone while we were sitting talking at dinner – and I challenged her to the 7 Day dietSNAPS challenge!! I’m sooo excited for others to use the app that has literally changed my lifestyle!
pre workout – whole wheat toast and peanut butter

post workout – protein waffle
lunch at our friend Erin’s house- a gorgeous and colorful veggie sandwich on toasted Ezekiel bread
and a refreshing limeade Sprite Zero
snack – Zone bar – don’t know where my pic went
-Went and visited with a friend from church…..
then turned around and headed to Chuy’s for another friends birthday dinner…..
had a half serving of chips (6) ……and then ended up eating a whole serving
I had the Grilled Chicken Fajita salad with the jalepeno ranch dressing on the side that I dipped my fork in as I ate my salad
