Weekend Recap

SATURDAY

Started the weekend off right with a Saturday morning spin class.  I usually don’t go to spin on Saturday’s and I didn’t know how popular the class was.  I got there 15 min early and half of the bikes were already taken.  By the time the class started every bike was taken and 2 people had been kicked out for not being on the sign-up list (you have to sign up for morning fitness classes).

Pre-workout: 1/2 banana and 1 tsp PB  1

Post-workout: protein pancake and green smoothie  5

Kind of a non-eventful, snowy day.  Papa and Cole played some cards.  I took this pic because I thought it was hilarious, they are 2 peas in a pod.  They both have their cheese snacks, playing some cards, made me laugh.

After Papa took Cole to Monkey Mountain to play so I literally had nothing to do.  I wished I was tired enough cause a 3 hour nap would have been awesome, but I couldn’t sleep.  So mom and I just watched some TV.

Wasn’t really hungry throughout the day and was kind of saving myself for dinner.

Trader Joe’s nuts and cranberries and 2 pieces of dried mango slices:  7

At night we went out with my nieces and brother-in-law to our favorite pizza place Maxwell’s.  I was very happy I had saved my points!!

Dinner: appetizer of french fries (we all share, they are amazing), garden salad, bites of Cole’s mac and cheese, 1 piece of pizza (huge slice), cookizza (cookie baked in a pizza pan) with ice cream, point value is estimated…I didn’t have a ton of fries at first, but ended up snacking on them at the end of dinner  total= 29-31 yeah an entire day’s points in one meal and oh it was sooo good!

SUNDAY

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 whites, toast, and fruit  5

Snacks at church: 1/2PB sandwich,  2 graham crackers, grapes  7

Came home and took a 2 hr nap.  It felt so good!  By the time I woke up it was time for dinner.

Dinner: steak, 1/2 baked potato, green beans, salad  7

Papa bought the movie Spy Kids for Cole yesterday and he wanted to watch it after dinner…for the 2nd time in 2 days.

Snack: apple and PB  3

Pretty boring and uneventful!  19 more days ;)!!
