Was a low key rainy day – the kids had an early release from school.
my usual oatmeal with brown sugar & cinnamon – 4
mid morning protein waffle – 5
lunch – 5
snack – 1/2 the fat ice cream – 3
2nd snack while dinner was cooking – 2
Sausage Brunch Casserole – (I put the recipe into the recipe builder on etools so I will post the recipe soon!) -5
later night snack – egg whites with Laughing Cow – light mozzarella & sun dried tomato & basil cheese wedge all topped with tomatoes – it was really good and different!!!
I also earned my Lifetime sticker for February. 😉
lunch – protein waffle with cinnamon cool whip and strawberries – 5
my girls made cinnamon roll crescent rolls so I had to try one – 3 😉
snack sample from WW – 2 – very flavorful!
snack – 1 tbsp chocolate chunks – 2
it ended up being a gorgeous day outside – the kids made pallets on the trampoline and Dev actually took a nap out there! 😉
I love it that my girls love to cook but then MAN I hate it when they cook – tempted by cookies for the REST of the weekend!!!! 😉 (ate wayyyy too many!)

after my meeting I popped into the dance to check on Dev and I got pulled into this awesome photo booth – it was too cute and fun!!!!
I made monkey bread muffins for the kids breakfast – had to try one and it was oh so good!!! – 4

I resisted a HUGE tray of donuts on the way out of church and was so proud of myself!!! But then I got home to this HUGE plate of cookies staring at me – and gave in. ;( I have to keep reminding myself – If you don’t have it you can’t eat it!!!! Must start throwing out the crap on Saturday night cause I have ZERO willpower on Sundays. -18 points in cookies!
turkey grilled cheese sandwich and chips – lunch of champions cause I was too lazy to cook. chips -4 sandwich -5
*I have realized that I HAVE to start putting something in the crockpot before leaving for church from now on. I am TOO hungry when I walk in the door and will grab whatever to eat first before my real food is ready. Gonna be more prepared next Sunday.
took a longgggggg nap and rested on the couch all afternoon/evening.
