I just recently re-joined Weight Watchers.
When I did, I came across a graph that detailed my original weight loss from back in 2005.
I eventually got down to approximately 143 lbs on my own by keeping food journals and following the Weight Watchers principles I had learned.
For the last several years my weight has maintained between 148 and 153 lbs.
My new goal is to become a lifetime WW member, which means I need to get down to 140lbs and be able to maintain that for 6 weeks.
It would be really cool to get down to 135 lbs! We’ll see!!
