What’s Today?

That’s how I felt this morning as I was waking up! I can’t believe our Kansas trip has come and gone… it took me a minute to figure out what day it was, where I was, where did I need to be, etc! Then I realized it was 7:15 a.m. and I flew out of bed to get the boys off to school.

I kept the menu pretty simple at home today.

Whey protein fruit smoothie with cinnamon flaxseed oil – 4 points

Pizza eggs – 3 points (posted the idea HERE)

Half the fat Dreyer’s ice cream – 6 points (had 2 servings, one in the afternoon and one after dinner)

Protein bar – 5 points

Chocolate protein powder, water, and frozen banana – 2 points

Torry and I met up with Carman at the gym for some cardio – 1 hour elliptical  +9

Turkey chili over spinach with pico – 4 points

Cookie cereal – 1 cup for 3 points
