I painted myself into a corner on Sunday…. (eating the equivalent of all of my activity points and extra weekly points)
The only way out was to go on the cardio attack! Hahaha!

Protein bar after being treated by my husband up at his office…. -6 I have been sick all week/day… but I swear he worked a miracle! I am feeling so much better!!!! THANKS TO HIM!
I hate tax season and preparing all of the tedious paperwork…. I needed a cookie from Whole Foods on my way home -5
Whey protein fruit smoothie – 4
Didn’t really take time to prepare a real meal today… Zone Bar – 5
Tonight I was able to squeeze in 50 minutes on the elliptical machine while my boys were at scouts +8
So I ended up my Weight Watchers week okay… NOT PERFECT… but not the end of the world. Thanks to the activity points, I still have 7 points remaining… I am so glad that all my points reset tomorrow! And then I get to start the whole week over again! It really is a never ending thing…
