Wrapping Up The Weekend

 

So here’s the dealio… as you all know, I’ve been grumbling about not being motivated and feeling like I am in a slump, etc. Well guess what???? I’m working my way out of it. I feel like for the last few weeks, I’ve been letting stress get to me and I realized this weekend that I have the power to change things….  I’m not gonna be perfect, but I’m going to make a conscious effort to improve.

Saturday – 33 points

1 tsp of peanut butter before heading out for a run – 1

**ran 5 miles** +9

Almost forgot about my WW mtg… light speed shower and grabbed a Zone Bar and out the door – 5

The boys spent the day with my parents so I could get some computer work done… Thx Mom!!

Free sample from the meeting – 3

Protein waffle with pears – 5

Frozen yogurt – 3

Some fresh fruit at a baby shower – 0

Turkey chili (no beans) with spinach and pico – 4

Fruit smoothie with flaxseed oil – 4

Stayed up really late doing computer work…. did not need this pizza, but I ate it anyway…. I am weak when I am tired – 6

Sunday – 27 points

Protein waffle with pears – 5

Zone bar before heading out the door to church – 5

After 3 hours of church, how can I resist?? – 1

…. and these – 1

Came home and REALLY wanted to make cookies and/or just pig out… but decided to have cheesy eggs with pico – 5

(i used real eggs instead of egg beaters today)

Grapes while working on the computer – 0

I had a meeting up at the church tonight … made a tortilla pizza with turkey pepperoni, spinach, purple onions, and tomatoes – 4

I forgot about this old snack I used to eat…. chocolate rice cake with 1 tsp peanut butter – 3

To end the night – 3
