WW and Girls Movie Day!

Up at 4am again to head to the gym for cardio – busy day ahead!

**30 minutes elliptical and 10 minutes on the climbmaster

post workout – green chocolate protein smoothie with my favorite ISO 100 Protein powder


mid morning snack – Zone bar on the way to drop Gabe off at school and then to WW meeting

Sooo exciting to see Uncle Tim in our meeting today!!!! It was a special day because………

Aunt Windy earned her Lifetime Award today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Click HERE to read all about it!!!!!! (I LOVE the look on Karen’s face!!!! :) )

I am soooooo proud of her!!!! We have had many talks along the way and I remember several months ago her saying she would never get down to the weight she needed to be on the BMI chart!! Well, folks…….SHE DID!!!!  (and YOU CAN TOO!!)   Never ever doubt yourself and what you’re capable of!!! Aunt Windy losing 85lbs is living proof it CAN BE DONE and everyone CAN DO IT!!!!!!

YAY Aunt Wii!!!!!! Soooooo happy for you!!! :)

one of the members brought Kohlrabi for us to try since she mentioned it last week in our meeting – tasted like a turnip!!


Lunch – After WW Lexy and I grabbed a Subway sandwich.  I ordered chicken breast on wheat, with mustard, and loaded up on the veggies!  I always order the chicken breast to get more protein in my meal.


Then we headed over the movie theater to watch The Lucky One with Sussan and Aunt Windy.

I LOVED it! I can’t wait to take my hubby to see it. :)


After picking Gabe up from school he was a little cranky and grumpy so I drove thru Wendy’s and bribed him with a small  chocolate Frosty – ice cream works every time! :)


Since y’all know I’m a FlyLady FAN – I ordered her *famous* FlyLady calendar and it came in the mail today!!!!! I LOVE filling in a new calendar and this one is really cool!!! 😉 Another tool that will help me stay on my routines. :)

Dinner – Thanks to Dev for cooking dinner for me while I was at soccer practice with the girls  – Asian Helper Chicken Fried Rice :)

36 year old military wife of 18 years and stay at home mom to 4 incredible kids (3 girls ages 17, 11, 11 and our son is 6). I love the after effects of exercising :) I love challenging myself to fitness goals to change things up and in doing so I have run numerous 5K/10K's, several half marathons, one full 26.2 marathon, and a Tough Mudder. I love circuit training, weight training, and running sprints. My goal is to inspire others to take their health seriously, and to show how small changes can lead to big results.

    Oh my goodness to gracious – 4 am! That’s like the middle of the night for me, but good for you for being so diligent in the early wake-ups. Hooray for FlyLady! I haven’t gotten into the calendar exercises yet, but I did get the scrubba-dubba to try and tackle dog hair from three dogs. Congratulations to your aunt – what an accomplishment!

    What time do you go to bed in order to wake up at 4am? If I workout in the mornings that is what time I will have to get up…
