Yay It’s Friday! ;)

Is anyone else HAPPY that its Friday besides me?!?!

I’m looking forward to a fun and relaxed weekend with the fam. 😉


Breakfast – cheesy pico eggs – made with 1 whole egg & 3 egg whites, 1 wedge Light Queso & Chipotle Laughing Cow cheese and pico piled on – SUPER good! -4


lunch – Laughing Cow grilled cheese with a serving of our new favorite Sun Chips (I counted them out this time 😉 )


Super easy and yummy  4pts+ grill cheese:

1 sandwich round -2pts+

1 oz deli turkey -1pt+

1 wedge Light Queso & Fresco Chipotle Laughing Cow wedge -1pts+


treat – Fiber One brownie – 2


another gorgeous day here today! Us Texans have to enjoy and talk about this weather all that we can cause it doesn’t last long!!! 😉  My kids played outside, I sat in the swing some, and little man found rollie pollies. 😉


snack – Zone Perfect Cashew Pretzel -5


Date night with my cutie pie hubby for his (early) birthday dinner – his pick was Bullritos – one of our new FAV places!


One of my fav things about this place besides their food is their digital fountain drink machine!!!!! Talk about new age!!! You click on Coke Zero and then this screen comes up that gives you SEVEN options of flavored Coke Zero!!!!!!  How cool is that?!!!


I tried the Carne Guisada this time and it was really good!!! Lettuce, peppers & onions, carne guisada, and cilantro ranch. We shared chips and queso



After eating we decided to head over to Barnes & Noble for a bit since we weren’t quite ready to head home yet. So we both grabbed some books and sat for a while!!! 😉

36 year old military wife of 18 years and stay at home mom to 4 incredible kids (3 girls ages 17, 11, 11 and our son is 6). I love the after effects of exercising :) I love challenging myself to fitness goals to change things up and in doing so I have run numerous 5K/10K's, several half marathons, one full 26.2 marathon, and a Tough Mudder. I love circuit training, weight training, and running sprints. My goal is to inspire others to take their health seriously, and to show how small changes can lead to big results.

    One of these days I’m going to try those pico eggs! Practically every day I look at the picture and wonder what they taste like!

    Just so you’re aware (NOT complaining but thought you’d want to know) most times when I click on the “You Might Also Like” tabs at the bottom of the page, it brings to something that says 404-what I was looking for cannot be found :(
