Yellow Squash Chips
Carman’s mom gave me lots of yellow squash from her garden!! Yummmm!!! I’ve been dying to try this veggie idea that I saw on Pinterest a while back, so this was the perfect opportunity!

Preheat oven to 375F
I used my handy dandy mandolin slicer to prepare the squash into thin little slices…
I sprayed the pan with PAM and layered the squash… spray the top with PAM & sprinkled a little kosher salt and some pepper…
I roasted them in the preheated oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes! Be sure to watch them so they don’t burn!
So good!! And zero points plus!

YUM!!! Will have to try that with the ‘hundreds more’ squash we’ve now got from their garden!!!
I’m gonna have to keep finding more yummy squash recipes!
